• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• For products requiring practitioner consultation or prescription (where applicable), shipping will be initiated only after verification.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver AYUSH products only within India, through verified courier partners.

• Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location and product availability.

• You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues, regional restrictions, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain herbal formulations, oils, or liquids that require temperature control or regulatory approval may have restricted delivery areas.

• Orders may be cancelled and refunded if shipment to your location is restricted by AYUSH or local drug authority regulations.
