💳 Refund & Return Policy (India – AYUSH Medicines)

Non-Returnable Products

As per Indian regulations, AYUSH medicines and supplements are generally non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. However, returns or refunds are allowed if:

1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or leaked.

2. The product is expired at the time of delivery.

3. The wrong item was delivered.

Return/Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund or replacement:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order at [insert contact/email].

2. Share your order number, invoice, and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund (as applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• If an order is cancelled due to product unavailability or regulatory restrictions, a full refund will be issued.

• All products are sourced from licensed AYUSH manufacturers registered under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

• We comply with the Ministry of AYUSH’s e-commerce and labeling standards.

• We do not claim to cure, prevent, or treat any disease — please consult a qualified AYUSH practitioner before using any product.

Keep all products out of reach of children and store as per the label instructions.
