Pinda Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil (tailam) adapted by AVP for external application. It is designed to support joint, muscle, and inflammatory pain—especially in conditions involving Vāta imbalance. Joint pain due to gouty arthritis (Vāta-shonita) — especially burning, redness, swelling, pounding pain. Other types of arthritis including inflammatory joint conditions. Non-Returnable Products
As per Indian regulations, AYUSH medicines and supplements are generally non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.However, returns or refunds are allowed if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or leaked.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
Return/Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund or replacement:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund (as applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If an order is cancelled due to product unavailability or regulatory restrictions, a full refund will be issued.
